I was looking for something sweet to make for my kiddos the other night & decided on these super easy candy surprise brownie bites. You can make these with your favorite homemade brownie recipe or to save time you can use a box mix.
Prepare your brownie mix according to instructions & fill a cupcake pan (lined with papers) half full with batter. Place one miniature candy in center & press down until the top of the candy is level with the batter. I used Reese cups & Rolo's. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
The top picture is with the Rolo. The caramel was all nice & gooey! The bottom picture is with a Reese cup. I liked them both but I was partial to the one with the Reese cup!
