Lemon Crinkle Cookie recipe!

I am on a Crinkle cookie craze right now! I first started out with the Fudge Crinkles then after reading a comment from a reader I tried the Strawberry Crinkles. I loved the Fudge Crinkles but I must admit the Strawberry Crinkles were Ah-Mah-Zing!!

I was talking to one of my friends about this scrumptious cookies & she says, "Oh, I bet lemon ones would be really good!"   I readily agreed & decided to try some!

Do you like lemon bars?  If so, you will L-O-V-E these cookies.  They were so good!  I think I might like them better than the Strawberry Crinkles even!   Let me know what you think of them if you try them out!


Ingredients

Box of Lemon flavored cake mix

1/2 c of butter

2 eggs

Powered sugar for rolling cookies

Directions

• Blend all ingredients until mixed thoroughly.
• Chill dough for 30 minutes.
• Shape dough into balls (about 1.5") & completely roll in powdered sugar.
• Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

*To easily roll the balls dust your hands with powdered sugar first.*
